This role will focus on designing and delivering people related processes and tools globally across the company.

Client Details

This global business is a leader in their field, crossing over consumer markets and finance.


The position of HR Processes and Tools Partner will involve:

- Designing and implementing global HR processes

- Continuously seeking to make improvements in tools, workflows, and policies

- Working closely with the HR team and other key stakeholders, building relationships and understanding HR operational difficulties in relation to improving processes

- Project managing HR Global programs, including driving deliverables, managing stakeholders, and analysing impact

- Ensuring there is a defined approach/methodology in place for the project management of HR projects


The ideal candidate for the position of HR Processes and Tools Partner will:

- Have extensive HR project management experience

- Have previous international experience leading global HR Process design and implementation

- Be able to demonstrate digital acumen in developing processes and tools

- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills

- Be meticulous in their presentation skills

- Ideally have worked with Workday

- Be proactive and hands-on

Job Offer
