Description

The successful candidate will be:

• Responsible for monitoring and managing the shared HR inbox
• Employee relation cases
• Advising Operations managers on ER cases
• Assisting the HRBP with case load
• Advise on company process and policies
• Attending and assisting with disciplinary and grievances cases
• Assist the business managers with incoming ER queries
• Advising and decision making on sensitive cases

Profile

The successful candidate will:

* Be organised and work well under pressure
* Be able to manage their own workload with little supervision
* Hit the ground running
* Worked in a previous Advisory/Management role
* Be a decision maker
* Have experience handling sensitive employee relations cases
