As Senior HR Controlling & Analytics Manager, you will partner with the HR Director to ensure the delivery of data, systems, processes and reporting to achieve the people strategy while driving HR efficiency as the business scales up.

My client is a global fashion business based in London.

Description

  • Lead the annual HR budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting HRBPs on using the budgeting system, run global consistency checks and managing the consolidation of HR data
  • Partnering with the UK HRD to forecast and budget HR costs accurately, including new roles and phasing requirements and preparing packs as necessary
  • Define and continuously improve global HR processes and streamlining HR activities
  • Using system reporting and HR data to define and build sophisticated reporting and dashboard, working with the HRD's to analyse results
  • Lead the global roll out of the HRIS tools and projects
  • Manage the annual compensation review projects, defining the timeline, preparing and participating in sign-off meetings
  • Devise compensation packages for corporate and retail employees
  • Supporting HRBPs across the business in determining the appropriate positioning of new roles

Profile

* Strong project management skills in relation to HR cycle projects
* Strong knowledge of HR controlling processes and report building
* Experience managing and developing reward programmes in different regions on a global level
* Demonstrable ability to interact andbuild relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Previous experience working with global HRIS systems, including Workday

Job Offer

Up to £90,000, depending on experience,

12 month contract
