A fast Growing Financial Services SME, based in West London, seeks a HR Manager to join a growing team. This role is office-based and will report directly to and work collaboratively with the Head of HR on the full annual-cycle HR calendar.

A HR Manager to:

  • Review and audit current HR processes, documentation, and policies to ensure that they are operating at optimum efficiency and are compliant with latest legislation.
  • Work with the Head of HR, General Counsels, and external parties to launch European and Asia-Pacific offices
  • Create, develop, and drive employee benefit and employee engagement initiatives across all of the organisation's jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with the Managing Directors and other key stakeholders on people performance projects.
  • Support those in managerial roles with HR issues within their teams e.g., performance management, terminations.
  • Answer and support any employee queries, concerns, or grievances in a confidential and effective way.
  • Work on and support with ad-hoc HR and Office-based projects.


A HR Manager with:

  • Demonstrable experience of having operated in a similar HR role, ideally within a small to mid-sized organisation
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • A flexible and open-minded approach to all areas of their work
  • A self-starter mentality and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification preferred

Job Offer

A competitive base salary and package depending on skills/experience. It is important to note that this is an office-based role when making an application.
