Reporting to the head of EMEA Pension & Benefits, the role will deliver oversight and implementation of flex annual enrolment for 2021.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of typical UK and Ireland flex technology
Benefits experience at an advanced level
A good understanding of the design principles of UK benefits to include tax, social security impact and typical design.
