Interim HR BP - 12 month FTC
Client Details
The client is in Manufacturing
Description
As Interim HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Line manage a small team of HR/L&D professionals
- Support in shaping and delivering the People and Culture Strategy
- Drive effective change and improvements on site
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and in line with HR best practice
- Budget Management
- Support in all operational aspects of HR, including Recruitment, ER, Performance and absence Management etc
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- CIPD L5 or degree in HR Management
- Willing to work on site 4-5 times per week
- HR generalist experience at HRM/BP level
- From an Automotive, Manufacturing or Logistics type environment with predominantly a blue collar workforce
- Available in 4-6 weeks
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- Competitive salary up to £42,500
- Bonus up to £2,500 (discretionary)
- Pension
- Potential to work from home up to 1 day per week
- Early finish Fridays
- Two weeks compulsory shutdown in August and Christmas
