Client Details
The client is in the Industrial sector
Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Set up the HR function from Scratch
- Write and embed set HR processes, policies and procedures, supporting line managers with new ways of working
- Responsible for all aspects of Operational HR, including ER, Recruitment etc
- Developing the service to offer a more strategic and proactive HR offering
- Reporting into the Finance Director
- Review and implement a new Recruitment process
- Identify any areas for continuous improvement from a Workforce, HR and Culture perspective
- Potential opportunity to line manage
- Liaise and identify ROI with external HR Consultancy
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be willing to work on site in Corby 5 days per week
- Normal working hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm
- CIPD qualified or with a degree in HR Management
- Sound knowledge of Employment Law
- Track record designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experience running fair and inclusive Recruitment processes
- Experience implementing strategic People and Culture initiatives

- Competitve salary c. £50k FTE
