Campus Recruiter

A leading professional services firm based in The City are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their team. You will be based within the EMEA team, reporting into the Campus Recruitment Manager and responsibilities include:

• Ownership of end-to-end graduate pipelines and hiring targets
• Driving campus recruitment planning (recruitment events, marketing initiatives) and execution across key universities in the UK and Europe
• Building relationships with universities and other stakeholders to source quality candidates for requisitions
• Screening applicants and conducting first round interviews
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
• Supporting candidates through the hiring process and delivering offers
• Executing on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to source active and passive candidates
• Educating candidates on employee value proposition and available opportunities
• Organising and participating in recruitment events
• Maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics
• Providing admin support as needed
• Helping shape recruitment strategy

As Campus Recruiter, you will possess:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally campus, agency or executive search
• Strong academics, ideally to degree level
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills
