Large innovative technical services organisation is seeking to appoint a HR Adviser on a permanent basis. My client is a real people focused company who are passionate and committed with investing and developing in their talent. This role offers a hybrid model of working with a minimum of 2 days in the office located in Denton.

Your new role

As a HR Adviser you will be responsible for providing professional and proactive advice and guidance on HR activity and best practice to managers and colleagues. This role will be a very generalist role covering activity within recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, employee benefits and an element of payroll. Accuracy and high attention to detail are essential for this role and the ability to communicate and influence others effectively is key. My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running be self-motivated, flexible and a strong team player. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wanting to continuously develop and be part of a people focused business.

What you'll need to succeed

- CIPD qualification
- Experience dealing with casework
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong IT skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated
