HR & Payroll Co-ordinator - Watford - £28-30,000 plus benefits
Great opportunity for an HR Co-ordinator to join this growing company. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide daily support to the HR team on HR co-ordinator and payroll (checking information is correct)
- Manage absence for all employees across the business
- Product reports on absence
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees
- champion the induction process
- Manage the apprenticeship scheme
- Liaise with all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that employees are paid on time
- Support the implementation of change initiatives.
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong systems experience
- Excellent Excel skills
