M&I Rewards Analyst - 35k + car + Bonus + - Fully Remote

My client is leading the market for mass growth plans and pipeline work up to 2028. They are people focused and want the best for the employees. They are looking for a M&I Reward Analyst

Your new role
You will be joining the People directorate and plays a key role in the developing, delivering and reporting on the metrics and indicators that will help us track our people strategy and plans and driving improved systems. Working with the People Team, you will identify relevant data sets, and create insights that will enable thorough root cause analysis and demonstrate the impact of projects and initiatives. Delivering exceptional quality HR reports and analysis to the wider team. A key purpose of this role is the support, development and maintenance of the HR Information System (Cascade). You will be supporting the annual pay and bonus structure, ED&I reports, mapping and documenting all HR processes, ensuring that the relevant KPIs are identified, generated, and reported upon.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in an analyst role ideally within a People Function or have worked closely with HR on various data related projects. You will possess a robust business analysis skill set, along with advanced Excel skills, using pivot tables and lookups daily and possess confidence in using modern business information tools.
