An exciting 12 Month FTC, HR Project role-HR Policies and Processes within a friendly, busy, established SME in Bedfordshire.
Your new role
As an HR Projects-HR Policies and Processes expert, you will report to an Operations Director and will be part of a small HR team and will solely be responsible for running an HR Audit, to identify HR policies, processes and contracts that need to be updated and updating or implementing new HR policies and HR processes and the company handbook and making them more robust and fit for purpose and rolling out, communicating and delivering training on HR best practice. You will also be responsible for mentoring a member of the HR team and supporting from time to time with general HR duties.
Other HR Projects:
Implementing and rolling out D&I Initiatives.
Supporting with identifying and sourcing training externally or identifying internal mentors to deliver training or coaching.
What you'll need to succeed
This will suit an HR Change/ HR Consultant/ HR Project candidate who has a wealth of experience reviewing and updating HR Policies and HR Processes or an HR Manager or HR BP who has a wealth of experience updating HR policies and HR processes in a generalist HR role, you will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
