Are you an experienced HR Administrator/HR Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
Interim HR Officer/ circa 4 months/ £28k-32k Annual equivalent/ SouthWest London/ Full time/ Office based
The HR Officer role is varied and will involve supporting a wide variety of departments. This is an important role within the department and the team requiring the ability to work independently and working to tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinating recruitment, ensuring all candidates are updated throughout the process and that all interview arrangements are in place.
- Working with HR Administrators to ensure interview packs are prepared on an accurate and timely basis.
- To provide first line advice in relation to contract and policy queries.
- To support the on-boarding and induction processes.
- Assist the HR Partners by coordinating and manage investigations and hearings and to prepare the preparation of relevant paperwork.
We are looking for:
- Excellent experience gained working as a HR Administrator/HR Assistant.
- Awareness of how HR work is governed by employment law and policies and procedures.
-Ideally minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified.
-Effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
