People Advisor job based in Nuneaton

Your new company
My client is a large and global organisation that has continued to expand year on year. They are looking at expanding their existing HR team based in Nuneaton and are looking for an additional head to join them.

Your new role
You will be working on a site of around 50 people and will be dealing with the day to day HR for the site, this will include every thing from looking after recruitment, dealing with ER cases, sorting out HR queries and generally ensuring that everything goes smoothly. Although you will be reporting the the People Manager you will be working mainly on your own as they cover a number of sites across the UK.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous generalist experience at advisor level. The ability to speak to people and get to know a team is essential as because it is a small team it is key that you are seen around the building. A CIPD qualification is also required.
