Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting an UK based charity as they look to recruit a full time, Permanent HR Coordinator.
The salary for this role will be up to £32.5k with a hybrid work pattern

HR Coordinator - The role:
·This post is a development role reporting to the Head of HR, delivering operational HR and recruitment and providing additional administrative and business support across the organisation as required.
·The post-holder will provide advice to line managers on policy and procedure and deal with end-to-end recruitment.
·They will also coordinate monthly payroll changes, annual processes including appraisals, salary reviews and leave calculations.
·The post-holder will support the Head of HR with staff consultations and engagement using the Investors in People (IiP) Generation 6 framework as well as continuously improving all HR processes.
·Areas of responsibility include End to end recruitment, inductions and probations, HR process support, FPOC for all queries, Learning and Development support, Payroll, L&D, ER and project support.
·CIPD Level 3 Qualified - Essential
·CIPD Level 5 Qualified - Desirable
·Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation, HR practices and procedures
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, Teams)
·Solid experience of working in a small team in an HR Assistant / Coordinator role providing support across all elements of recruitment and HR
·Experience of working in a small HR team in a generalist HR & Recruitment support capacity.
·Experience of implementing HR Process improvements.
·Experience of coordinating HR processes e.g., appraisals, annual pay processes etc.
