Job Details
HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing the HR Operations function for our Client. Reporting to HR Director they will ensure that there are streamlined and automated processes and systems to manage the employee life cycle from hire to retire. The HR Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and managing the payroll process through our third party provider. The HR Operations Manager will oversee the operational recruitment system, contracts and onboarding processes.
Experience Required:
- Experience of HR Operations and Payroll management
- Experience of all elements of the employee life cycle
- Experience of payroll and data management and strong analytical skills
- Pragmatic, hands on approach
- Commitment to continuous improvement and the achievement of expected objectives.
- Experience of working to budgets, targets & KPI's
- Experienced approach to prioritisation of daily tasks and keeping a cool head under pressure
- Experience of payroll system implementation and process redesign
Skills & Education:
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and modern HR practices
- People Management skills and the ability to empower, motivate, and create a positive inclusive team ethos with experience of managing and developing a remote HR team
- High standard of communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to communicate, accurately, diplomatically and convincingly, at all levels both internally and externally
- Financial and budgetary management with the ability to understand, manage and interpret budgetary and other financial information.
- Personal resilience and an ability to cope with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Articulate and confidence to present comprehensive and robust information at meetings when required
- Computer literate with intermediate level MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience of managing projects using appropriate project management techniques - desirable
This role comes with a salary of £46,000 per annum plus a discretional annual bonus.
