Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global fashion brand who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join the team in London on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer you will be working on a global basis and have responsibilities including:
* Taking ownership for the HR budgeting and forecasting
* Benchmarking salaries on a global basis
* Managing the annual compensation review process
* Developing bonus and commission schemes
* Supporting with the development of the companies benefits offering
We are looking for a strong reward specialist who has a background in budgeting, compensation and is comfortable working alongside senior stakeholders.
