Description

As Head of HR and Operations you will be responsible for;

• Leading the HR function, including one direct line report
• Managing 2 direct reports in Facilities and Health and Safety
• Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will sit as part of the SLT
• Ensure effective running of HR function from an operational perspective
• Grow and develop HR line report
• Responsible for design, delivery and implementation of People Strategy, incorporating Talent Management, D&I, Culture and Wellbeing initiatives
• Partner SLT to advise from a strategic workforce perspective
• Partner with subsidiary in the US and support on various global projects

Profile

The successful candidate will;

• Ideally have experience working within a Manufacturing/Retail/Logistics environment
• CIPD qualified
• Exposure working closely or managing Health and Safety or Facilities functions
• Sound Employment Law Knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder skills
• Willing to have a strong on site presence in Leicester but also with occasional travel to London HQ (there is some home working offered)

Job Offer
