Client Details

The client is in the Technology sector

Description

As HR BP you will be responsible for;

  • HR Business Partnering to a specific business unit within the organisation, going through large amounts of change
  • Line management of one HR direct report, who is responsible for predominantly HR operational duties
  • Support large scale change management programme
  • Partner leaders and managers across the business to coach and upskill
  • Focus on Talent Management initiatives to improve retention, engagement etc
  • Work with leaders on succession planning, promotion pipelining etc
  • Utilise PowerBI and Excel to manipulate and report on workforce data
  • Push forward D&I and Wellbeing agenda across business unit
  • Support with any TUPE transfers
  • Drive forward Reward strategy
  • Liaise with other HR divisions such as L&D, Recruitment and ER to create a joined up approach

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Proven track record operating at BP level
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a large matrix structure organisation
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience supporting large scale change management programmes
