The role of HR Assistant is to support an on going project, moving 300 employees on zero-hour contracts, on to guaranteed hour contracts.

Page Personnel are supporting a Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham.
Description
The role of HR Assistant is to support an on going project, moving 300 employees on zero-hour contracts, on to guaranteed hour contracts. The project will include making amendments on the HR system (Resource Link) and issuing the relevant correspondence out to the effected employees.
Profile
The successful HR Assistant must have good knowledge of excel and using the mail merge function.
Job Offer
The HR Assistant will be working 9am-5pm, 5 days per week from the head office in Birmingham.
This will initially start on Monday 30th May for 4 weeks. Potential to extended.
The hourly rate will be £13.40 per hour.
