Our client is a values-driven and people-focused not-for-profit organisation based in Manchester, providing services for local communities. They are currently at the beginning of a 5-year strategic people plan, and as such this is an exciting time to join this organisation

Description

The role of OD Partner will play an integral part in shaping the future of the business, through the implementation of the People and Culture strategy and the planning, design, development, delivery, implementation, continuous evaluation and improvement of a range of Organisational Development projects

Reporting into the Organisational Development Manager and as part of a broader People team, the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Delivery of a comprehensive Organisational Development service across the organisation aligned to the People and Culture strategy and in line with the corporate strategy and values and behaviours of the organisation
  • The planning, design, development, delivery and evaluatation of organisational development approaches and initiatives with multiple stakeholders that build organisational capability
  • Design, and delivery of high quality and impactful facilitated workshops on a range of subjects to different employee groups to support the design and delivery of our people and culture objectives
  • Accountablity for the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of several Organisational Development projects ranging from policy development; pay benefits and reward; employee relations; talent management; performance management; successions planning and health and well-being etc
  • Contribute to the implementation of the annual training needs analysis process, ensuring outputs are actioned, courses developed and implemented to meet business needs
  • Incorporate the latest thinking and best practice, develop and create engaging learning content utilising multiple formats and digital offerings, to maximise colleague interaction and engagement
  • Provide specialist advice to Peoples Service and managers in the development of OD initiatives

Profile

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Experience in a similar delivery-focused OD role at organisational level
  • Experience in planning, designing and delivering multiple organisational development projects and initiatives across the business
  • Experience of working with a Learning Management System
  • Experience in conducting impact evaluation and interpreting and presenting data to illustrate the impact and return on investment
  • Extensive experience in management development, program design, delivery and facilitation
  • A positive attitude and creative approach to OD
  • The ability to work autonomously

Job Offer

A salary of up to £41,000 plus benefits.

The organisation operates to a remote/hybrid working model, with office-presence required on adhoc occasions for collaboration or the delivery of training
