The role:

In this role, you will manage a range of recruitment activities including attracting and selecting graduates, apprentices, interns, year-outs and work experience talent across their various sectors.

Reporting into the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will play a key part in identifying top talent for the future workforce and meeting the businesses demands, whilst ensuring the best possible candidate experience. Your role will focus on recruiting and selecting the best talent across disciplines such as Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, Environmental specialisms.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Sourcing candidates for a variety of Graduate/Apprentice/Work placement/Internships

· Drive campus recruitment activities

· Develop job descriptions, liaise with suppliers, and manage selection and attraction activities

· Organise and attend assessment centers

· Offer management and onboarding activities

· Maintain an excellent recruitment record and identify improvement opportunities

· Ad hoc support

Qualifications & Experience:

· You will be an experienced early careers recruiter having worked either in-house or at an agency/RPO

· Experience of managing high volume programmes ideally

· Great communication skills and the ability to credibly advise stakeholders on recruiting best practice

· Proactive and positive, with a curious mindset

· Happy to positively challenge the norm, you will be able to evidence a continuous improvement mindset

· A passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion throughout all aspects of early careers
