My client a scaling, series B funded Tech business, are looking for a senior tech recruiter to join their team. You will support the Tech division across the board, with a focus on Product and Engineering, delivering into senior/lead hires. As a Technical Recruiter your main goal will be to identify, assess and secure top talent within this area to bring into this fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through the business selection process
- Full end to end recruitment life cycle management
- Partner and maintain positive relationships with the hiring team and recruiting team members
- Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour based interviewing and closing
Key Requirements
- Strong technical recruiting expertise
- Experience hiring Product and Engineers as well as other technical positions
- Demonstrable track record in direct sourcing of candidates
- Used to handling fluctuating volume and able to build delivery plans against those
- Previous experience of recruiting talent within a multi-national
- Strong client management and partnership skills
