We have a current opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager - Emea on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Birmingham but the client will consider candidates that would prefer to work remotely.
Working as part of a global function you will be working in a fast pace, financially backed retail business with big growth and investment plans.
You would be managing a long standing reward analyst, and your role will be split 40% project based and 60% BAU.
The role is vacant following the prior Senior Rewards manager transferring to an internal opportunity in a different function.
The organisation have recently completed a org wide bench marking exercise with Wills Towers Watson, financial year end is April and you will be supporting APX 5000 colleagues across 15 countries in Europe. It would be preferred if you had experience of working in a European capacity, although you are not expected to have in-depth knowledge of all of the individual markets.
As your line manager is based in America you will need to be quite comfortable in being autonomous, and you will be afforded a great amount of freedom.
Naturally you will need to be comfortable building strong working relationships with your key stakeholders. The client is open to applicants from industries outside of Retail!
