Your new role
Joining at the very start of the UK launch, this role will be fundamental to setting the people and operations functions. With the support of an external legal firm, you will need to set up the policy and contractual elements, as well as ensuring the right processes are in place to support a growing workforce. Recruitment will be key to this role as they look to grow and establish here in the UK. Alongside your HR responsibilities, your will also look after the office and facilities.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who is confident in setting up a HR function. A innovative, fast paced organisation, you should bring a great work ethic. As an organisation that encourages new ideas, you will be actively engaged in shaping the UK arm of the business.
