Description

The position of Talent & Performance Business Partner will involve:

- Reviewing and optimising talent management processes

- Partnering with the senior stakeholders within the business to ensure best in class, suited to individual needs

- Developing measures of success, regularly checking on their effectiveness

- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, L&D and D&I teams to align strategies

- Providing 1 on 1 coaching with key talent

- Designing organisational development solutions

Profile

The ideal candidate for the position of Talent & Performance Business Partner will:

- Have depth of experience within Talent Management

- Have strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders

- Have HR generalist experience

- Thrive in a fast paced environment

- Be passionate about providing real and true career paths

- Be experienced in coaching senior talent
