Description

To drive, plan and lead in the delivery of key people change projects across Group People teams.This role is pivotal to enable us to transform our People Teams across the Group. This is very much a hands-on role where the role holder will have drive and energy to deliver. The role holder will work closely with transactional leads in the People Services team, project managers in the IT team along with stakeholdersacross the wider business People teams, to successfully embed process and technological change.

  • Act as People Change Lead for key people change projects across the People Services team
  • Manage and coach People Change Analysts and prioritize projects and resource allocation aligned to strategy Work with wider people change team, IT project managers and the wider People Services team to ensure strong governance around deliveryIdentify, drive and lead large and medium size change using agreed methodologies to ensure sustainment through facilitating and leading workshops for root cause analysisEnsure all project activities are complete including scoping of requirements, testing of solutions, engagement with third party suppliers, documentation of processes and procedures and training of usersDevelop and maintain professional credible relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, arranging and assuring meaningful engagement, involvement and consultation with groups as required in relation to the delivery of continuous improvement projects Develop and maintain a continuous improvement area and dashboard to enable change initiatives to be shared widely within the business for assurance reporting to demonstrate tangible benefits and project delivery though appropriate tracking and data metricsChampion, train, coach and embed the continuous improvement approach across People ServicesAnalyse, understand, and lead identified opportunities for improvement, working cross-functionally and with suppliers to gather information and test new ideasProvide assurance reporting to demonstrate the benefits of continuous improvement and project delivery though appropriate tracking and data metricsEncourage cross-functional working and sharing of best practice knowledge across the GroupDevelop test plans and scenarios for user acceptance testing of system changesPrepare data, run test scripts, analyse system results, and report possible defects and/or process issues during user acceptance testingSupport other People change initiatives and projects as required as part of the wider People team

Profile

The ideal candidate will have;

    Proven capability in delivering continuous improvements in a transactional Shared and project management of change initiatives(Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable but not essential)Ability to build collaborative relationships, manage stakeholders and train/coach othersStrong transactional Shared Services system experience, confident working with complex systems and confident operating and managing in an environment of changeExperience working in a fast-paced Shared Services transactional environmentExperience using MS Office suite tool including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio/Project(desirable)An understanding of project management frameworks

Job Offer

A salary of circa £49,000 plus hybrid working and benefits
