Newly created HR Manager role in York required for a rapidly growing business who are at the forefront of technology and development. This is an all round Generalist HR Manager role focusing on Employee relations, engagement, culture and recruitment. The role is HR Manager level that will progress to HR Director within the next 2-3 years due to company growth and development.

Client Details

A highly ethical, ambitious and already successful business who are forecast to increase there turnover 20 times over in the next 5 years. The site is based in York however some occasional travel to other sites will be required with hybrid and flexible working also available.

The role is based on the outskirts of York so commutable from Leeds, Selby, Hull, Doncaster, Wakefield and surounding areas


  • Working with the senior leadership team and wider HR Team you will design and implement the divisional HR strategy
  • You will head up the HR function for your business division
  • Responsible for all ER and employee Well-being
  • Due to the rapid growth of the business the role will involve implementing work force planning & recruitment plans to support the businesses growth and acquisitions
  • Putting together a new reward and benefits scheme
  • Working with the wider HR Team ad business leaders to ensure training is being developed and delivered to all existing and new team members to support individual, team and the business growth


  • An all round HR specialist with experience of talent and recruitment management
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 + or similar
