Job Details
For this job role you'll be joining a technology business with c3000 employees across over 100 markets. Started nearly 40 years ago, they've been going from strength to strength. Their Head of Talent Acquisition is now seeking an expert on Workday to come in and support them with projects on an interim basis.
Joining as a Workday Consultant you will be completing a project which will last for a minimum of 3 months. This will be clean-up exercise where you will need to improve the quality of data and processes and fix errors to ensure better reporting capability. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Ops to ensure the correct governance and controls are in place and complete process mapping. They need someone who has specifically worked on the recruitment side of Workday so that you can come in and look at the Workday system with a recruitment lense and understand processes and workflows in this space. You'll need to have proven experience working on Workday projects, a sense of urgency, and be confident to be able to deal with push back. A strong personality is required where you can work autonomously.
Once this project is complete, they are then looking to migrate away from Workday to a new ATS. If you come with system implementation and migration experience then you will then be able to stay on and also complete this project.
This is an interim role offering a competitive day rate role where you'll be able to work outside of IR35. Workday project experience is essential where you have fixed issues, process mapped and have focused on recruitment workflows previously. This poistion is offering hybrid or fully remote working (still must align with UK working hours).
