The key responsibilities for the HR Manager:
- Coach and develop a team of 5 within HR
- Support a Culture of change
- Drive change through the teams and functions you work with
- Implement policies
- Work on D&I projects
- BAU
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Strong HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of UK&I HR/Employment Law and Employee Relations Issues, Payroll and Benefits, and international relocation management
- Experience of building and leading an engaged team
- Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation, and a learning mindset
- Multi-stakeholder management - capability to build rapport with client teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure working within a fast paced environment
- Experience working for A FMCG company
