Morgan Philips are pleased to be working with a brand in High Wycombe who are searching for a HR & Reward Analyst to join them for 6 months on a fixed term contract basis paying up to £50,000pa.
The role of HR & Reward Analyst will be to provide analysis, modelling and insights for all reward activities. These include pay review, gender pay gap reporting, annual performance management process, share scheme processes and a variety of reward related programmes and other projects as they may occur. The successful candidate will ideally have CIPD or should be studying towards Level 5, should be confident with all Microsoft Applications including advanced Excel and will be highly analytical and comfortable with the manipulation of large data sets from multiple sources in order to generate insights and actionable analysis.
