An American global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, being one of the largest Insurance Brokers with stunning offices all over the world. They are currently looking for a credible 12m HR Advisor to join the HR team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for supporting your business division on general HR issues such as; case management, compensation, recruitment, relocation, diversity, training and organisational development, Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers, help them to improve management capability and enable them to self-serve, Support organisational change initiatives: organisational / departmental restructures / job role design / outsourcing / TUPE transfers / redundancy situations,Leading annual processes as required such as pay review, end of your reviews and employee communications activities, develop processes within service delivery to continually improve.
You will also be responsible for other ad hoc projects and work in partnership with the employee relations team on different cases.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have solid HR Experience, within Financial or Professional Services but flexible for the different industries. Have a good understanding of Oracle or other HR Systems, you will have great experience in managing or supporting with ER cases and happy to work in a fast complex environment.
