Graduate Recruitment Assistant

My client are looking for an individual top join their HR team as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant in their London offices. The client is a well respected and recognised Law firm who are looking to grow and develop.

As a Graduate Recruitment Assistant you will be helping with vacation scheme applications, assessment centres (which includes booking partners and senior associates for the assessment centre), preparing for the vacation scheme, booking speakers and guests for presentations and internal events. You will be a University Liaison, managing your alumni team and looking at budgets and reports. You will help with workshops around 'Introduction to Law' and you will also run at least one of the 2-day sessions that happen a year!

You must be bright, confident, proficient in Microsoft Office products, and willing to grow alongside the team and really immerse yourself into the role.

You must be degree educated and a minimum of 12 months previous office experienced (ideally in graduate recruitment) is desirable.
