HR Systems and Operations Specialist
Based from Home (offices UK wide)
£50,000 + good benefits

An exciting opportunity to join a Tech platform that have been through a recent merger and are now looking to harmonise all their HR systems with an ongoing integration project

You'll be a HR Systems specialist and be excited to embark on the journey the business is going through, with around 1000 employees this is a great opportunity to really get your teeth stuck into a meaty project and have autonomy working closely with the HR team

Working from home, you will be required to go into the office when needed on very ad hoc requests for meetings, offices are located across the UK including Bedford, Chelmsford, London

Duties:

  • You will be responsible for the integration and continuous improvement of the integration and implementation project
  • Contribute to and attend system process workshops to determine how the project will be rolled out
  • Identify and flag as well as work towards a resolution of data related issues to make sure the systems provide a high quality offering to the business
  • Analyse employee HR data including all key contracts
  • Support the full roll out of the HRIS and also further modules that will be implemented in the future
  • Manage vendor relationships and issues that may arise, working closely to resolve queries
  • Act as a link between IT and HR, understanding both sides of the table, technology and what is needed for a successful HRIS
  • You'll work closely with a number of other teams in the business, finance, payroll etc and report to the Board on a regular basis regarding the project.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience from an HR system implementation and the full lifecycle
  • Experience working with implementation projects from end to end
  • HiBob experience would be useful, alternatively experience with People HR, Bamboo, Sage, Workday required
  • Knowledge of how an HR function would utilise the HRIS and therefore strong HR knowledge from a systems approach
  • Strong data analytic skills, ability to analyse, prepare and transfer data utilising Excel
