The Recruitment advisor will run the 360 operational recruitment for a mixture of legal and Business Services roles. They will work alongside two other recruitment advisors and report in to the senior Recruitment Manager.

Our client is a well known international law firm, known for it's outstanding legal service.

Description

  • Liaising directly with the hiring managers/partners in relation to recruitment needs.
  • Supporting the hiring managers/partners in identifying their recruitment needs
  • Developing job descriptions & responsible for the 360 recruitment cycle
  • Sourcing candidates directly using a range of tools and technologies
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies as required
  • Tracking candidate CV submissions on the ATS
  • Organising and attending interviews as required
  • Providing strategic advice on the hiring process where required
  • Advising hiring managers or partners at offer stage including salary brackets
  • Making and negotiating candidate offers and managing buy-backs and counter offers
  • Liaising with the HR Manager and HR Support team on offer instructions

Profile

  • Degree educated or qualified by relevant experience
  • Previous recruitment and direct sourcing experience ideally in a law firm
  • Candidates with recruitment agency experience will be considered if they have a legal recruitment background
  • excellent attention to detail and use of grammar
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • keeps calm under pressure
  • committed individual used to working to deadlines
  • a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (in particular Word and Excel), with previous experience of a recruitment system being beneficial
