Interim D&I Lead - Interim Diversity and Inclusion Lead - London - Financial Services - up to £628 per day inside scope

As Interim Diversity and Inclusion Lead, you will be responsible for building a more supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees. The D&I Lead will be an integral part of the London Inclusion & Diversity Committee This position will be responsible to support the development, implementation and evaluation of diversity and inclusion strategy, incorporating both the businesses requirements and interests. Through the delivery of a range of initiatives against a strategic roadmap, the desired outcome is to create an inclusive working environment where our people are able to bring their whole authentic selves to work and where difference is leveraged as a strategic asset at all levels across the business. Responsibilities will include training hiring managers on what they can do to attract and retain diverse talent, take the lead on the London I&D Committee, liaise with Head Office to ensure we are aligned globally with I&d, lead I&D activities, programmes and initiatives (Global & Local) within the branch in all areas of diversity and inclusion, take ownership for monitoring and reporting the Gender Pay Gap and reporting the Women in Finance Charter data and run regular I&D surveys, collate and record the data, report the results and make recommendations for action.
