Your new role
This is a remote working role with a large value led organisation in Bristol. It is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who is highly competent in leading and deliver projects to work on strategic workforce planning, change and improvements to bridge gaps such as retention and resourcing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in HR Business Partnering organisation coupled with strong project/programme management and/or strong OD and L&D background. You will ideally have experience gained from a large scale organisation, preferably NHS, healthcare or care sector. You will also need team management skills and able to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
