Part time HR Advisor
24 hours p/w - flexible with days
£25,927-£29,174 DOE
The role will work across both the office site, some home working, and occasional travel to sites within the Derbyshire area.

Reporting to the HR Manager the role will sit within a team of Advisors, working closely with key stakeholders within the organisation in providing a professional HR and ER service.

The role:
HR casework - primarily related to poor attendance, poor performance, grievance etc and advise managers/ staff based on employment policies and relevant case law.
Advice, Guidance and coaching on HR policies/process in relation to employee relations
Ad hoc Project work - in particular around Health & well being initiatives

Essential requirements
Qualified to level 5 CIPD or equivalent
Significant experience in HR casework (i.e. supporting managers/staff through HR/ER casework) from commencement of a case right through to conclusion - including representing HR on dismissal/final grievance hearing panels
Policy development experience
A thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law and employment case law and is committed to keeping up to date on that through CPD
Confident, an excellent communicator and can work on their own initiative without regular recourse to HR colleagues
