My national client is seeking an experienced HR Change professional to join their organisation on a permanent basis to drive, plan and lead in the delivery of continuous improvements in a transactional Shared Services environment.
Working with the wider HR, HR Change and IT functions, you will:
Analyse, understand, and lead identified opportunities for improvement, working cross-functionally and with suppliers to gather information and test new ideas.
Identify, drive and lead large and medium size change using agreed methodologies to ensure sustainment through facilitating and leading workshops for root cause analysis
Develop and maintain professional credible relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, arranging and assuring meaningful engagement, involvement and consultation with groups as required in relation to the delivery of continuous improvement projects.
The successful candidate will have proven capability in delivering continuous improvements in a transactional Shared Services environment and project management of change initiatives (Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable but not essential). The ability to build collaborative relationships, manage stakeholders and train/coach others is essential, as is strong transactional Shared Services system experience and the confidence and competence to work with complex systems and confident operating and managing in an environment of change.
My client promotes a hybrid working pattern of 2 days office (Preston) and 3 days home, 27 days
holiday + bank holidays and up to 7% matched pension
