Were seeking an Health & Well being Advisor to join a large specialist team to drive the wellbeing agenda.


Were seeking an HR or Health & wellbeing professional with experience of supporting departments of wellbeing initiatives.

You will be working as part of a large IT department within a large organisation with the focus of Health & Wellbeing across the department. :-


  • Work with the IT Leadership Team to ensure that health and wellbeing services are consistently promoted and delivered across the departments, to outstanding standards, to develop staff confidence, resilience and personal wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the strategy for health and wellbeing and personal development in order to meet key performance indicators - e.g., Sickness, essential skills.
  • Plan for and facilitate the active promotion of health and wellbeing related policies, procedures and systems as requested to support the wider personal development agenda, including the delivery of relevant activities, maintenance of display boards and publicity materials in relation to health and wellbeing service.
  • Capture and utilise health and wellbeing data to monitor and report on issues to inform and tailor service delivery and improvement, contributing to the development of reports as required


  • Candidates
    Were looking for an HR or Wellbeing Professional who has a passion for developing and engaging people with the well being agenda. As such we are looking for someone who is able to communicate across the department and able develop interventions and activities for the team. .

      • Able to work with minimal supervision but recognise appropriate time for escalation
      • Experience of promoting and management of Health & Wellbeing services across a diverse range of staff
      • Experience in planning and active promotion of policies, procedures, and systems. Essential Knowledge and understanding of health and wellbeing strategies and coping strategies


    This role is offered on either a permanent basis or a temporary contract can also be considered.
    Based in Portsmouth but home/hybrid model available
