Global Reward Analyst- Pensions & Benefits
- Circa £65,000 depending upon experience
- Up to 13% bonus (Performance related)
- Benefits including double matched pension scheme & an allowance for wellbeing/ fitness + other competitive benefits
- Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office per week- London W1
We have a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded luxury retailer for an experienced Pensions and Benefits professional; last year was a record year for them and this year is looking to also be very strong. Working closely with the Total Reward Team with a global remit.
The role will report to the Reward Manager.
The Reward Analyst's responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage the pensions piece end-to-end
- Contribute to the maintenance and delivery of Global rewards and benefits
- Build relationships and liaise with brokers and providers on renewals
- Own and manage the pension and benefits budget
- Administer company pension and benefits
- Communicate pension and benefits information with the business and its employees, answering any queries
- Partner with HRIS colleagues to ensue saft, accurate and smooth delivery of relevant reward data and processes through Workday
- In this role you will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in compensation aspects of reward
What you must have:
- Strong experience with pensions; DC and Auto enrolment
- Experience administering benefits and managing supplier relationships
- The desire to continue learning and developing in your career
- Excellent communication skills
- The confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong excel skills
