HR Manager, Talent Development - 12m FTC

A 12m maternity cover is available in one of the most high profile global management consultancies. The Manager - Professional Development supports has a central role in the London office providing professional development advice and support to the central business functions / support populations.

Duties:

• Develop, implement and review functional Talent processes and strategies
• Support the Director, HR and CTO in strategically thinking about the needs of the Business Functions population
• Develop and drive the delivery of the Professional Development strategy for London Business Functions
• Define and oversee PD programs such as Mentoring, Peer Groups, Apprenticeship, and Buddy programs
• Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and build a talent pipeline
• Develop and drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy for Business Functions recruitment
• Oversee the induction and integration program/process for all new starters
• Develop and manage the Learning Calendar
• Lead and manage the Annual Performance Review Cycle
• Manage train and develop three direct reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years generalist HR/PD experience, with focus on Talent Management/ L&D
• Demonstrated success in managing employee issues
• History of advising line management
• Experience managing others
• Background in a professional services environment
• Educated to degree level with preferably CIPD qualification
• Experience with working in a matrix organisation
