Job Details
A 12m maternity cover is available in one of the most high profile global management consultancies. The Manager - Professional Development supports has a central role in the London office providing professional development advice and support to the central business functions / support populations.
Duties:
- Develop, implement and review functional Talent processes and strategies
- Support the Director, HR and CTO in strategically thinking about the needs of the Business Functions population
- Develop and drive the delivery of the Professional Development strategy for London Business Functions
- Define and oversee PD programs such as Mentoring, Peer Groups, Apprenticeship, and Buddy programs
- Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and build a talent pipeline
- Develop and drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy for Business Functions recruitment
- Oversee the induction and integration program/process for all new starters
- Develop and manage the Learning Calendar
- Lead and manage the Annual Performance Review Cycle
- Manage train and develop three direct reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years generalist HR/PD experience, with focus on Talent Management/ L&D
- Demonstrated success in managing employee issues
- History of advising line management
- Experience managing others
- Background in a professional services environment
- Educated to degree level with preferably CIPD qualification
- Experience with working in a matrix organisation
