A 12m FTC for a HR Coordinator to join a private healthcare organisation in Southampton.

Your new role
As HR Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the business with advice and guidance providing expert HR advice, coaching and mentoring to your colleagues. You will support the delivery of the local people strategy, lead on inductions and build fantastic relationships with all stakeholders. You will be an advocate for wellbeing, manage absence and ensure all Employee Relations (ER) issues are managed correctly. You will also be required to support the HR Advisor with additional tasks and projects as required.
This role is based in Southampton and working hours are 37.5/week: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked for at least 18 months+ in a HR role or HR function and be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum). You must also have experience of supporting ER case work, but leading case work will be an advantage. This position requires a confident, professional person who can build and develop relationships with stakeholders in the business.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a market-leading salary of £28,000-£32,000 (DOE), free onsite parking & additional benefits.
