Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will pro-actively identify top talent in the market, sourcing high-calibre candidates via various channels to deliver a strong candidate pipeline for live vacancies, as well as maintaining talent pools for future opportunities.
In addition to providing a seamless candidate experience you will work closely with the Talent Team on exciting projects to drive and contribute to the UK & Ireland talent strategy.
Profile
Previous end-to-end recruitment experience operating as a Recruitment Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Specialist/ In-House Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships, with internal team, stakeholders, candidates and external strategic partners
A strong understanding of what it takes to operate within a very competitive and candidate driven market
Previous experience in a similar global organisation/FMCG would be an advantage
Job Offer
£50k - £55k - dependant on experience + bonus and great benefits.
The role can be home based, with travel once/twice a month to meet with the team.
