Senior HR Manager London- Hybrid £50000 - £55000
Your new role
Working in a team of 4 you will be the lead for HR policies, processes, and systems. You will work with the HR Manager to help align the multiple payrolls as well as support the implementation of the HRIS system. You will support and deliver advise around policies, payroll, benefits, and learning & development as well annual performance and compensation review. You will have the opportunity to lead and deliver various projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5 years' experience of working in a busy fast paced HR function with experience of managing payroll and comps & bens. Although there is a Comps & Bens Manager you still will need have to have had experience within in this area. Having worked in a global business with exposure to working with other countries in terms of employment law would certainly be advantageous.
CIPD L5 is essential.
