Your new role
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of OD&HR, this role will be responsible for establishing the organisation's Learning & Development programme for its staff. Key responsibilities include
- Lead on the design and implementation of L&D initiatives, undertaking skills analysis and working to continuously develop staff
- Create and embed a calendar of activities to manage and develop existing and new talent
- Work closely with the HR/OD Coordinator on the day-to-day organising of L&D opportunities for staff
- Manage internal senior stakeholders and external supplier relationships
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have extensive L&D experience, particularly around the development of organisation-wide learning plans that meet business needs and people plans.
