Oakleaf has partnered with one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers in their search for an L&D officer to join their dynamic team.
The role is supporting key function within the business, with great exposure to the wider HR team. This role is Ideally suited for anyone looking for their first/next step into L&D, they are highly motivated and passionate about finding and developing talent in the business.
The initial contract is for a 6-month FTC with real potential to go permanent or be extended. The role has unique quarterly travel opportunities
This is great opportunity for a passionate and driven L&D candidate looking to advance their career in position that will allow great exposure to a key area of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage end to end logistics for all career
development and training programmes including the flagship Orientation Programme. E.g., seeking nominations from
managers, HR BPs, etc., invitations, delegate lists, mailing lists, venue/room bookings, collating training material, evaluation etc. - Liaise with third party suppliers to organise and secure
contracts as well as processing invoices. - Support the L&D and HR BP teams with the Succession
Planning and Talent Management processes. - Support wider HR colleagues as needed (e.g. holiday cover or other ad-hoc/project work as required).
