A brand new role as Recruitment Manager for our growing client, soon to be relocating to Peterborough. Working in support of the newly appointed Head of HR, the business has ambitious plans for growth and this key role will ensure delivery of best practice recruitment and ongoing acquisition of talent for roles based up and down the UK.
You will have:
- Previous experience in creating and refining a talent acquisition function through focus on employer brand, external communications, use of job boards and social channels and be able to quantify your impact in your previous role(s).
- Implemented and rolled out an applicant tracking system.
- Engaged and managed a list of preferred supplier agencies ensuring the supply chain fits the current and future needs of the business.
- Engaged and build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders based on your ability to deliver talent for key roles.
You will be able to work flexibly with some time based from home but a minimum of three days based from the office. You will need to travel to sites outside of the area regularly to meet with business leaders, understand need and create an attraction strategy designed to meet the specific needs of the site.
