Our charity client is recruiting a Recruitment Lead for a 6 month FTC which has high potential to go permanent to be based at their offices in Brighton. This role is a brand new role, the charity are currently building up their recruitment team to be based across the UK.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR BP, you will lead on the successful recruitment and onboarding of a large number of new staff (approximately 300.) The role will lead a tea, of recruitment coordinators and enable the attraction, selection and recruitment of high quality applicants. This role will lead the national approach to attracting candidates and supporting services with their advertisement. This role will also lead the team who will support shortlist and interview of candidates up to and including conditional offer stage.
The Charity is currently working 100% from home but they will be moving back to a hybrid working approach at some point this year.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience within a recruitment lead role, with knowledge of design and facilitation of recruitment and onboarding, skills and behaviour. You must also have knowledge and experience of recruiting and sourcing candidates from number of platforms, job boards and other avenues of attraction. Plus previous experience of line management.
What you'll get in return
