This company, based in Telford design, manufacture and install reliable and efficient power, motion and control systems with attention to life cycle service and performance to optimize energy consumption over the life of equipment.
Your new role
As a HR advisor, your main responsibility will be to offer support and advice to managers and employees on HR matters such as the recruiting of new staff, dealing with employee relations and performance management from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments for the business.
- Regular review and maintenance of all HR related policies to ensure they remain compliant with all aspects of UK employment law
- Support Line Managers to provide day to day maintenance of all matters relating to the employee life cycle, including
- Recruitment, including selecting routes to market, reviewing job descriptions, advertising positions, responding to enquiries, first sift of applications, attending interviews etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, the ideal candidate will have or will by working towards their CIPD L5, have good knowledge of current employment law, ability to handle ER matter and have excellent attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary ranging from £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience. Working hours are 39 per week, 8:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday with a 16:00 finish on a Friday. This is an opportunity for a candidate who is used to being in a stand alone opportunity.
